By creating an account or otherwise using Daily24 (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Daily24 is a personal life-tracking application that lets you track daily routines, prayer times (Salat & Sawm), workouts and body metrics, notes, weekly/monthly/yearly plans, health information such as medications and symptoms, and budget expenses, all organized around a single view of your day.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with advance notice to users.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may only create and use an account for yourself. Do not use another person's account without permission.

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's data, interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation, or reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond what is permitted by its public APIs.

You retain ownership of the content and data you enter into Daily24 (routines, notes, health records, budget entries, and everything else).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not use your personal tracked content to train third-party models or sell it to advertisers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, particularly health-related data such as medications and symptoms — Daily24 is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Any health, medication, or symptom tracking features in Daily24 are provided for personal record-keeping purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or before making changes based on data you track in the app.

We aim to keep Daily24 available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your existing data across such changes.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily24 and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
