That clearly means, that those interception missiles are placed wrong. Seems like either those in control of placing these missiles are part of a sabotage/self-sabotage or that the wrong people are in charge of the defensive structure of one of the most wealthiest countries that have zero care/awareness of where best these missiles should be placed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work these things out
