It has been 31 years since the Srebrenica genocide.
In July 1995, more than 8,000 Bosniak Muslim men and boys were systematically murdered after Bosnian Serb forces captured Srebrenica, a designated United Nations “safe area.” Thousands of women, children and elderly people were also forcibly displaced.
The Bosnian community continues to carry the pain of this genocide, while many families are still searching for the remains of their loved ones.
May we honour the victims, remember the survivors and stand firmly against genocide, hatred and denial.
May Allah grant all those who were killed the highest ranks of Jannah and bring patience and comfort to their families.
We remember Srebrenica.

Let's not forget that their crimes were more horrific than that. They killed boys, children and men and they r@.d girls, children and women. They displaced the Muslims, tortured them. They didn't just kill. They displaced. They r@.d. They tortured. They lied. They betrayed. They watched And they did nothing to stop it. They participated. .... Let's not give them what they want. Let's remember. Never forget. Never forgive.
