23:45 Recently, there are lots of cherry blossom trees being cut down due to aging/bug infestation. They have a lifespan of around 60-80 (unless they are well maintained), and as they become older, the trees become weaker. Many of them were planted post-war, which was around 80 years ago, so they are reaching their lifespan. Since they have a higher risk of breaking (snapping and falling), they are being cut down for safety.

I’m Japanese, and I find the characteristics of the Japanese fans commenting on Pewds' videos really interesting. In Japanese, you can usually tell a person's gender and approximate age by their writing style, and it seems like most of them are women over 30. They seem modest, calm, empathetic, kind, and probably homebodies. They’re the type of people who, if they saw the family in public, wouldn't approach them—they’d just quietly watch over them from a distance. It’s the polar opposite of his early fanbase, and I think it perfectly symbolizes how much Pewds himself has changed.
