Toyota has a rare problem for an automaker: There is so much demand for its new RAV4 and the inventory is so limited that dealers only have a few days' supply. So customers are being told they will have to wait weeks or perhaps even months for a vehicle.

wasn't this in a full length CNBC video over a month ago?
$50k for the top model is crazy😢😢😢😢
Imagine if Chinese cars were available, 90% US consumers would swap for massive savings
Sorry, but I saw some stocks in a dealership a few days ago 😂. Probably too expensive, just sitting around the dealership lot.
Why? It is an ICE, PHEV or BEV ?

Can’t trust the news anymore, this shortl sounds like an ad created to induce fomo, therefore improving sales for Toyota. It’s just a car, nothing serious! I mean the man just said Toyota is limiting production, therefore orchestrating a supply shortfall with increased demand, and as per supply and demand ‘rules’, this will inevitably increase demand, which consequently increases prices of goods and Toyota is the only winner😵💫🤦♀️
I love my rav4, still driving mine for a long time. But the new one is way better.
Check out the 2027 Hyundai Tucson
Order direct to Toyota co
HYBRIDS ARE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. GAS AND ELECTRIC. LIKE I TELL EVERYBODY CAN’T GO WRONG WITH BUYING A HONDA OR TOYOTA AS AN EVERYDAY VEHICLE TO DRIVE. I WOULD PREFER TO DRIVE AN HONDA CIVIC HYBRID OVER AN TOYOTA PRIUS.
wait 4 years when these RAVs hit the 2nd hand market. Better value then.
Good car for people who don’t like driving.
This is a supply issue rather than a demand one. Look at sales numbers. Toyota didn’t seem to be at full production capacity when I looked over the summer.
$50 to $60k
I am taking mine tomorrow after paying $3k canadian extra for services. June 15-2026 i booked it arrived on oct14. If i didn’t buy services then it would have been 8-12 months
If Chinese EVs are allowed into US, the demand for Toyota will fall off a cliff
Because they sre reliable.
I’ll be going straight to Hyundai for the new Tucson Hybrid…sorry Toyota
What a joke. An overpriced 4cylinder turbo that cost $50k MSRP. What’s even more ridiculous is some of them that already have older more reliable RAV4s are trading them in. 🤦♂️
