Moroccan police intercept migrant swimming back towards Ceuta

Moroccan police intercepted a migrant swimming towards Spain’s North African enclave of Ceuta and took him back to Morocco. The incident comes amid a crackdown on migrant encampments after at least 70,000 people crossed into the city in July.
