Generally there is a lot of election fraud all over the world . There are even allegations of fraud in Sweden! There is always a Case for Fraud when there is a difference between EXIT POLLS and ELECTION RESULTS , it is then conveniently explained by POST FACTO RATIONALISATIONS.
