The first vaccine to prevent lung cancer is in development 💜

Our scientists are about to begin testing a vaccine designed to prevent lung cancer for people at high risk of the disease.

With the CRIS Cancer Foundation, we’ve awarded up to £2.06m in funding to a research team at the University of Oxford and University College London to run a clinical trial of LungVax over the next four years – because when science wins, we all win.
