In Cuba, there is a malevolent dictatorship that curtails freedoms, permits only a single political party, detains individuals without a judicial warrant, holds over 1,300 political prisoners, expropriated all businesses owned by Cubans, established concentration camps for homosexuals, and financed terrorist groups throughout Latin America—this dictatorship must come to an end immediately.

This is so embarrassing!! I can't believe these are the people that ate representing us in front of the entire freaking world!!!
I feel like we need more context to fully understand what is going on. I mean if the Cuban rep was trying to intimidate the US rep then yes this was absolutely the proper course of action. But if the US rep was acting like a child because he didn't like the Cuban rep standing there then he needs to put on his big boy pants and apologize.
