The Plaza Accord
Even if it comes at a tremendous cost and involves considerable pain, I hope that sound policies will ultimately emerge.
We export only 15% today, the rest is buying.
Why Japanese TV shows don't report this fact on local TV in Japan😅
Anyone have a guess as to what will happen by 2035
only way to strengthen yen without intervention is by capital repartration, but how do you convince investors?
Will there be another plaza accord to pin the yen interest rate back to near zero rate and stop selling US bonds?
It's like salting the sea 😂😂😂😂
Time for another Plaza Accord.
The term "Interest rate" has got the emphasis on "interest" rather than "rates". INTEREST rates. Perhaps not in Singapore though.
Increase interest rate and sell US treasuries.
Bro, someone please convey the message to the bald guy with blue specs "don't shout"
nice
円の価値が半分になった結果色んな商品や電気、エネルギーが値上がって庶民は苦しいだけ 日本は電気、エネルギーが輸入だから本当にしんどい
implement capital controls and ban carry trade, done.
how US markets have been inflated for decades
Plaza Accord
Japan should cut two zeros from the Yen or make New high currency Ryu 1:200 Yen.
If interest rate differential is so important why was the yen strong for 30 years?
It is draconian but the Japanese government could make investing outside of Japanese heavily taxed or illegal.
