What's up with the gold decorations...Just a personal taste of color. What's up with the jab? Can't handle the truth of wanting to protect our country? Hence, I don't find President Trump made any poor decisions. He's doing great, as he is the only President done things differently, and if the Democrats aren't too resistant, the government revenues increased in volume. Same thing with the borders, and illegal immigrants bombarded in our country done by the last administration. El Sayed candidate shouldn't be offended, he should address the issue with his mom televised, that would clear up the issue instead of being bullied when the question is valid about it.

Ed the Sock Comments I watched the whole thing, Eight days out, 30 million Americans have already voted, and CBS's model says Democrats are on pace for 229 seats — eleven more than they need — which in this economy of national mood means the race is now between Democratic momentum and the counting, and regulars here know which of those two has the better lawyer. The Alaska certification suit didn't file itself. The most quietly devastating number in the whole segment isn't the seat count — it's 50 versus 30. Half of likely voters think gas prices go up under Republicans, only 30 percent say the same about Democrats. That's not a poll result, that's a receipt — and a rare one, because usually "presidents get blamed for gas either way," as the Obama vet puts it. What makes this moment special, in his words, is that everybody knows the Iran war was a choice nobody asked for and nobody voted for. You can't muddy that. You can only hope people argue about decorators instead. Enter Obama, who understands this perfectly and therefore decorates the mud itself: "Saddam Hussein opened a Cheesecake Factory" — the line that launched a thousand clips, and the analyst is exactly right about it: it was a secondary message. The core was one sentence long: this president made an unpopular decision and the prices are the invoice. But the gold-plated jokes are doing ideological work — every second spent discussing the Oval Office chandelier is a second not spent defending the war, which is the entire point. Meanwhile Trump's counterprogramming in Michigan is a masterclass in not mentioning the war at all: Abdul El-Sayed is a "jihadist Muslim Brotherhood member," a man who "should never be allowed inside the Capitol," who'd be the only senator forced through a metal detector. The racism isn't a bug, it's the load-bearing wall — because El-Sayed's actual answer is the discipline the whole party could study: he doesn't touch the bait. "He can mispronounce my name all he wants — he can call me Senator after November." That retort, for those following this serialized tragedy, has now survived a direct presidential attack and come back stronger, and it works because it pivots straight back to groceries and gas — the one terrain where the polls say voters already don't believe this administration. Bernie Sanders calling it Islamophobia-as-distraction is just saying the quiet part at a press availability. The CBS poll's real message, though, is the exhaustion underneath: majorities of voters don't think either party has a plan on the economy, and nobody's confident either one brings down gas. That's not an electorate choosing a direction — that's an electorate that's tried both gas stations and is now idling in the parking lot. Which makes the closing contrast the whole election in miniature: Trump spends his weekend with Jason Aldean in Georgia, Nicki Minaj on screen in Michigan, and a rally today in Mississippi — a state he won by 23 — for Cindy Hyde Smith. Star power, deployed where it's safe. Obama spends his in Michigan and Ohio, the two states that actually decide the Senate, campaigning for the guy from the next generation he doesn't even fully agree with — "Who else doesn't agree with everything I do? Michelle Obama." One side is touring. The other is working the map. Eight days, two Senates in the Rust Belt, and the last word belongs to the candidate with the metal detector joke aimed at him: call me Senator after November. Margin matters. So does turnout. And so, for once, does the arithmetic of 30 million votes already banked. Ed is out 🌹
