One of the four Canadian Forces members killed last week in the deadly CFB Wainwright fire was remembered as “one of the bravest and funniest people” as family and friends paid their respects.
Hundreds gathered Sunday at Park Memorial Funeral Home in Edmonton to say farewell to 26-year-old Sgt. Morgan Wong, who died on Oct. 17.
Wong was killed when a grassfire overtook soldiers during a live-fire training exercise for possible deployment overseas. Pte. Aidan Goulding, Pte. Shaun Farrell, and Pte. Hayden Lykkemark also died.

So so incredibly sad, a life taken that should not have been a fire that could have and should have been put out was let grow worse. Lives lost and severely injured...Lives that were training to protect our country at all costs. Instead we see a family (s) mourn the young man that could have been so much more in life. Rest in peace Sgt Wong....Rest in peace.
