Questions remain in Ukraine after Starlink and Starshield went offline earlier this month, leaving the country vulnerable to Russian drone strikes.
Elon Musk, who owns Starlink, has accused the Ukrainian military of breaching its terms of service. In a series of posts on X, he said the military used the satellite system for offensive strikes.
The Ukrainian officials have denied the claim and said the restrictions were imposed without warning.
