I found out that i had testicular cancer from my dog hitting me in the testicles lol. since the day he hit me, i started having pain and swelling in 1 testical, i put it off for a month hoping it would go away as i was too embarrassed to tell anyone or go to the doctor. Eventually i did go to the ER and 4 days later i had surgery to remove the testicle. Cancer free for 5 years now. My little doggo saved me from needing chemo by hitting me and finding it early. I 100% believe he knew something was wrong. <3❤

In 2019 I discovered that I had stage 4 metastasised melanoma. 2 grape sized tumours in my left parietal lobe, 6 scattered about inside the rest of my body plus a lump the size of half an avocado on my back. 15 years ago the 5 year survival rate was 4%, 10 year survival rate was essentially zero. During the 6 treatments with a pair of immunotherapy drugs the lump on my back shrank away and the only side effects were similar to having a bad flu without the sniffles. The 2 in my brain were burned out with radiation and this year I’m considered cured.
