So? Now it's time for Europe to step up as the problem comes to their hemisphere. Or do they just expect the US to pursue the cartels there as well or worse stop what it's doing on their turf so that these criminal enterprises come back.
But you're not addressing the problem that makes people want them. Most people are hiding from the problems in their life that seem impossible to fix. Also, availability. See, Canada has become very Liberal concerning drugs like the Netherlands and it is epic proportions now. Yet again, no one deals with the Why. Why do people do drugs? Hopelessness and feeling overwhelmed without an outlet due to a broken support system in the community. Having crime enforcement is only part of the battle.
