Anthropic PBC has filed its long-awaited IPO and is expected to begin trading on the on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ANT. A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission shows Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley lead the IPO. "Bloomberg Open Interest" has more.

Was hoping Ed Zitron was going to review the S1 when you asked for Ed! At these highly overvalued trillion dollar figures these IPO shares should NOT be added via the "Fast Entry Nasdaq 100 rule change" to pensions and ETFs automatically. It's a crime to investors that didn't make this purchase choice and an exit scam. With an $80b loss, Anthropic credit rating should be CCC (JUNK) and unable to be pushed into pensions (investment grade only required).
If only history would sort these scam artists out.
