My Health journey from bing super un-fit not able to walk properly and do day to day regular task with ease and now I am able to run 10K, half marathon (21K) and becoming fitter. How I achieved it, what changes I had to make to my daily habits, eating habits and fitness / exercise and it's high time you start paying attention to your health coz Health is the real Wealth.

You are the reason i still have faith on youtube vidoes
Good home cooked food, exercise, sleep and most important disciplined lifestyle
Everyone’s talking about iPhones, but you chose to talk about health and fitness. That’s exactly why we trust you. ❤️
Many people do the mistake of joining a gym as soon as they are motivated, an leave it after 1 week. The best and practical way to start physical activity for a normal person is to start slow, Like waking up early at a fixed time, ride a cycle for 5-10 km, stop consuming junk food. When i watched your video about 2-3 years ago where you were discussing that you couldn't break even a roti with your hand, i started paying attention to my health.
Your viewer from back in 2013🎉

Amazing progress Ranjit. Been following you for years. I am glad you gave proper advice instead of making it seem like fitness comes with a magic pill. I hope this video reaches a wide audience.
Truly encouraging! Thank you sir! I went through similar situation earlier! Now I am perfectly all right as I walk 4 - 5 Kms and do exercises regularly!
We need Your full day vlog sir,What you eat in a day .Inspires everyone .
When you are healthy you have 1000 problems but, if you are not you have only one problem thats HEALTH.....!
"Geekyranjit Sir, I am absolutely thrilled to see that you have recovered 80% of your health over the past three years! Your resilience is truly inspiring to watch. We would love to hear some fitness journey stories from you, your friends, and your mentors. As the younger generation, we have so many valuable lessons to learn from you all about staying fit and healthy as we age. You've actually inspired my own journey. Before I started swimming, I would get exhausted running just 10 meters. Today, I can proudly swim two full rounds of the pool without getting too tired! I've also found that adding a daily routine of egg whites has worked wonders for my post-swim recovery. Keep inspiring us, Sir!"
I am very happy for you And the same thing happened to me in my 40s Suddenly i realised that I have overused, abused and neglected my body and health It's been almost 6 months now...and I think discipline is the key to getting back on track Thanks again and we are of the same age..we solved the problem on time...hope your post can make thousands of people like us change their lives
Very glad to see you this energetic after that initial video in 2023. More power to you sir!
The golden rule is to always eat home-cooked food. Walk at least 6 to 7 kilometers every day and perform some Surya Namaskar. Maintain this routine consistently. Thank you for making this video. ❣️🥰Love from Bengaluru🥰❣️
Yup you look great. As they say, health is wealth. I have been taking regular walks (every alternate day) for 2-3kms and can't emphasize this enough that it does help. Basically its compounding effect of anything you do over time. Nothing is instant. Start with casual walk with 1km and gradually increase it as per your comfort. No need to run, just walk. Glad I got to see your update last year which motivated me too.
