Pardon my ignorance I guess…is diesel fuel measured in tons?
Watched the real news and found out Russia has no fuel, ask the Russians
You notice how they stated the amount of diesel in "Tons" instead of barrels. The first shipment of diesel is equivalent to 6% of what the USA EXPORTS IN A DAY!! The Russian oil is LESS than a drop.
What diesel is Russia going to be releasing if they are importing themselves amid Ukrainian strikes? Russian sources like RBC say clearly in september 2026 they banned export of diesel, and their minister Novak is saying they COULD export diesel in November, December, whether and if the refineries get back from repairs.
I suspect Russia will benefit from the sanctions relief more than America will benefit from the oil.
